NASCAR Sprint Cup and Xfinity cars are on the track today at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
This weekend marks the return of Brian Vickers, who underwent surgery in December to repair a hole in his heart and missed the first two races of the season.
Brett Moffitt, who filled in for Vickers in the No. 55 Toyota at Michael Waltrip Racing last weekend at Atlanta, begins his three-race stint in the No. 34 Ford for Front Row Motorsports. That team’s regular driver, David Ragan, is driving the No. 18 Toyota for Joe Gibbs Racing while Kyle Busch recovers from his injuries suffered at Daytona.

1:30 - 10:30 pm – Xfinity garage open
3 – 4:15 pm – Sprint Cup practice (Fox Sports 1)
4:20 pm – Sprint Cup qualifying inspection begins
4:30 – 5:25 pm – Xfinity practice (Fox Sports 1)
6 – 7:25 pm – Final Xfinity practice (Fox Sports 1)
7:50 pm ET – Sprint Cup qualifying (Fox Sports 1, PRN)
