New sponsor, tracks highlight 2015 Dash 4 Cash program

xfinity dash4cash

A new entitlement sponsor and three new racetracks on the schedule headline the seventh consecutive season of the Dash 4 Cash program.

Xfinity assumes its first year sponsorship of the four-race program that will potentially award one driver and team $1 million.

Indianapolis Motor Speedway (July 25) returns as one of the four host tracks, along with new venues Dover International Speedway (May 30), Bristol Motor Speedway (August 21) and Darlington Raceway Sept. 5).

Also part of the Dash 4 Cash is Charlotte Motor Speedway, which will host the program’s qualifier race for the first time in May.

The results of the Charlotte race will determine the four drivers who will be eligible to take part in the Dash 4 Cash.

The highest-finishing drivers in each of the four legs of the program will receive $100,000.

If one driver wins the first three D4C awards (although doesn’t necessarily have to win each actual race itself) and then wins the race at Darlington, he/she will receive an additional $600,000 to give them $1 million in total earnings from the contest.

Fans can also take part by entering the NASCAR Xfinity Series $100,000 sweepstakes at www.NASCAR.com/Dash4Cash or visiting the Xfinity Zone during the season.

Four fans and a guest will receive an all-expenses paid trip to Darlington, with each fan being paired with one of the four D4C drivers. Last year, Trevor Bayne won the D4C, with fan/partner James Dennis of Henry, Ill., earning $100,000.
