Richard Petty’s spring cleaning is cooler than yours.

The seven-time Cup champion has accumulated a lot of cars, trophies and trinkets since the day he began his NASCAR career in 1958.

Now the 80-year-old Hall of Famer needs to get rid of some of it.

On May 12, you can take your shot at owning a piece of NASCAR history.

Julien’s Auctions will be holding an auction called “Property from the Collection of Richard Petty.”

The auction will be held at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas and online.

“We feel like we’ve got enough stuff in the museum and none of my kids really want it,” Petty told the AP. “They’ve got enough of their own junk. So we got together and said hey, let’s throw some stuff out there and see if there are other people interested in some of the stuff we’ve got.”

What exactly is the Petty family throwing out there for collectors to throw their money at?

Here’s some of the high-profile items enthusiasts will be able to bid on:

-- 1974 Dodge Charger Petty drove to his fifth Daytona 500 win (estimate: $400,000 - $600,000)

-- 1978 Chevrolet Monte Carlo driven by Petty when won his seventh title (estimate: $200,000 - $300,000)

-- 1992 Pontiac Grand Prix Petty drove during his Fan Appreciation Farewell Tour (estimate: $200,000 - $300,000)

-- 1981 Daytona Win Trophy (estimate: $200,000 - $300,000)

-- 2017 Ford Tribute Mustang No. 43 (total production of 43) and titled to Richard Petty (estimate: $120,000 - $140,000)

-- 1967 Darlington win trophy from Petty’s his first Southern 500 win (estimate: $100,000 - $200,000)
