Joey Logano's crew chief Todd Gordon jokes that Martinsville was boring for the No. 22 team, but in reality it was anything but. Gordon walks us through what went on during the up and down race.

Joey Logano had an eventful day in Sunday’s race at Martinsville Speedway, starting fifth and finishing fourth after a pit road penalty and bouncing back from a shredded tire.

Dave Burns talked with Todd Gordon, the crew chief on Logano’s No. 22, about how the day unfolded.

“I would have loved to have seen what we could have done if we had pretty boring day,” Gordon said. “Our car had speed all weekend and that’s something, when you do have that, everybody can stay a little calmer.

Gordon also previews the weekend at Texas Motor Speedway, where Logano won in 2014.
