NASCAR America live at 5:30 p.m. ET: Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney interviews, Xfinity preview

Today’s episode of NASCAR America begins at 5:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN and continues to break down the results from Las Vegas while turning to what lies ahead at Phoenix Raceway.

Carolyn Manno hosts from Stamford Connecticut. She is joined by Kyle Petty and Dale Jarrett from NBC Charlotte and Jeff Burton at Burton’s Garage.

What to expect from today’s show:

· We continue to discuss the hottest story in NASCAR - the post-race scuffle between Kyle Busch and Joey Logano at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

· NASCAR’s youth movement continues to make strong statement in 2017. We’ll hear from Ryan Blaney and Chase Elliott in post-race interviews following Sunday’s race at Las Vegas. We’ll also look at Kyle Larson, who’s coming off his second straight runner-up finish.

· We examine Saturday’s Xfinity Series race at Las Vegas and the performances of series regulars Justin Allgaier and Darrell Wallace Jr.

· Even though Jimmie Johnson is the defending NASCAR Cup Series champion, he is off to a slow start in 2017. This the first time he has failed to record a top-10 finish in the first three races of a season.
