NASCAR preliminary entry lists for Phoenix Raceway

The NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series continue the “West Coast Swing” this weekend with their visit to Phoenix Raceway, the first of two trips to the track in Avondale, Arizona.

Here are the preliminary entry lists for both races.

Cup Series - Camping World 500

There are 39 cars on the entry list. A maximum field is 40 cars. Both the Atlanta and Las Vegas races featured 39 cars.

Last year, Kevin Harvick won the spring race by .010 seconds over Carl Edwards in the . Joey Logano won the fall playoff race.

Xfinity Series - DC Solar 200

There are 39 cars on the preliminary entry list. Like Cup, a full field would be 40 cars.

The only Cup Series drivers entered are Ryan Blaney, Ty Dillon, Austin Dillon, Erik Jones and Daniel Suarez.

Drivers who have been in the Cup Series for five or more years are not allowed to participate in Dash 4 Cash races. Phoenix is the first of four Dash 4 Cash races.

Last year, Kyle Busch won both Phoenix races. His win in the spring capped off a stretch of three wins in a row. He led 175 of 200 laps as Joe Gibbs Racing swept the top three spots.
