On Sunday Brad Keselowski finally earned his first NASCAR Cup Series win at Atlanta Motor Speedway and it may have been in the final race on the track’s 20-year-old racing surface.

Following the race Keselowski talked with NBC Sports’ Dave Burns about the win, which was his first since July of last season.

“Mile and half (tracks) make your season,” Keselowski said. “If you can win on mile and a halfs, you can win the championship. We didn’t have great speed at the mile and halfs last season ... We put some emphasis into it this year and it’s paying off.”
