Kevin Harvick wins second Atlanta stage, Chase Elliott second, Ryan Newman third

Kevin Harvick continues his domination of the Folds of Honor Quik Trip 500 by winning the second stage of the race at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Harvick won the first 85-lap stage. He has now won three stages in the first two races of the season and has 47 stage points.

Aside from the cautions that ended each stage, there have been no cautions in the race.

The top 10 after 170 laps:

Harvick, Chase Elliott, Ryan Newman, Martin Truex Jr., Kyle Larson, Austin Dillon, Brad Keselowski, Erik Jones, Clint Bowyer and Trevor Bayne.

Only 12 cars remained on the lead lap at the end of the stage. Daytona 500 winner Kurt Busch was the last car on the lead lap.

Brad Keselowski pitted from second on Lap 117 for a possible tire issue and led a handful of laps after green flag stop before Harvick retook the lead on Lap 141.

His Penske teammate Joey Logano pitted two laps later, was caught speeding and is now one lap down in 18th.

Jimmie Johnson was caught speeding during his second pit stop of the day and runs in 16th, a lap down.

Denny Hamlin pit from the top 10 on Lap 160 for a vibration. After leaving the pits, Hamlin struggled to get back to speed. Hamlin told Fox Sports 1 that a wheel hub had burned up. Hamlin took the No. 11 to the garage during the stage break and remained there as the race restarted.
