NASCAR has released the 2017 schedule for the Whelen Modified Tour, which will have some of its races broadcast on NBCSN.
The season begins on March 18 at Myrtle Beach Speedway in South Carolina and will traverse 17 points races in seven states and one non-points race. It will conclude on Oct. 15 at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park in Thompson, Connecticut.
A race is scheduled for May 13 at an unannounced southern track.
The three races at Thompson, the race at Bristol Motor Speedway and the back-to-back events at New Hampshire Motor Speedway are part of a three-year sanctioning agreement.
