Kyle Busch leads final Sprint Cup practice

AVONDALE, Ariz. - Kyle Busch posted the fastest lap in the final Sprint Cup practice before Sunday’s Can-Am 500 at Phoenix International Raceway.

Busch had a top lap of 136.358 mph. He was followed by Brad Keselowski (136.286 mph), Joey Logano (136.204), pole-sitter Alex Bowman (136.044) and Austin Dillon (135.977).

Bowman posted the best average over 10 consecutive laps at 135.417 mph. Logano was next at 135.345 mph.

Kyle Larson spun off Turn 2 and did not hit the wall with less than seven minutes left in the session. He drove the car back to the garage.

Joey Logano - 3rd

Matt Kenseth - 10th

Jimmie Johnson - 11th

Kevin Harvick - 4th

Carl Edwards - 15th

Kurt Busch - 20th

Denny Hamlin - 22nd
