He may not be able to drive NASCAR fast, but Dale Earnhardt Jr. can go fast enough in a street car to get the attention of the police.

Earnhardt’s fiancé, Amy Reimann, tweeted a photo of the Sprint Cup driver in the middle of receiving a warning from a police officer for speeding.

Earnhardt is still recovering from the concussion he suffered in a June race at Michigan and plans to return to racing in 2017. Meanwhile, Earnhardt is now street legal.

When asked by a fan how fast he was going, Earnhardt gave the answer of someone who hasn’t raced in four months.
