Martinsville Speedway has announced that actress Tricia Helfer will be the honorary starter for Sunday’s Sprint Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway.

Helfer, known for her role as Cylon agent Number Six on the 2004-2009 remake of Battlestar Galactica and a regular on Fox’s Lucifer, will give the command to start engines for the Goody’s Fast Relief 500.

Helfer is not new to the world of NASCAR. Last year, the she was an award presenter at the Sprint Cup Awards show in Las Vegas.

“I was already a NASCAR fan, but after presenting at the 2015 Sprint Cup Awards and now being able to say the most famous words in motorsports to kick off a Chase race, this is definitely a fan solidifying moment,” Helfer said in a press release. “I am honored to be able to take part in the Goody’s Fast Relief 500 in Martinsville.”

The race, which begins the Round of 8 in the Chase for the Sprint Cup, begins at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday on NBCSN.
