Watch LIVE: NASCAR America at 6 p.m. ET -- How Tony Stewart impacted their lives

Today’s episode of NASCAR America airs from 6 – 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Carolyn Manno will host from our Stamford, Connecticut studio, while Kyle Petty and Dale Jarrett will be at NBC Sports Charlotte.

Among today’s show topics will be a special feature on three-time NASCAR Sprint Cup champion Tony Stewart, who will reflect on his racing career through the eyes of four people shaped by it.

Stewart’s father, Nelson; IndyCar on NBCSN analyst Robin Miller; former crew chief Greg Zipadelli and longtime personal manager Eddie Jarvis each wrote letters expressing their appreciation for Stewart’s impact on racing and their lives.

Stewart, who grew up and still resides in Indiana, is retiring from NASCAR racing after the 2016 season.

Stewart will read each letter and react to each on camera in this feature, which will also be aired prior to Sunday’s Brickyard 400 on NBCSN.
