While the Sprint Cup Series heads back to Daytona International Speedway this weekend, at least one driver won’t soon be forgetting their weekend at Sonoma Raceway.
After finishing sixth on Sunday, Kevin Harvick posted a photo on Instagram of two heat blisters on the heels of his feet. This is the result of racing on a 1.99-mile road course in the middle of the California heat.

On wednesday, Harvick posted another picture updating the status of one of the blisters and it’s not pretty. Harvick said this is what the blister looks like “pre draining” and in a previous tweet said that his feet were “Infected, swollen, and sore....” If you’re eating lunch you might want to look at this later.
We warned you.

Harvick received sympathy from Timmy Hill and Matt DiBenedetto, who also shared a photo of his own blister that took way too long to heal.
Man I have been there... This bad boy took 4-5 weeks to heal. Best of luck. pic.twitter.com/NjrDvobTdp
